For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 2,951 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 2,951 | when I tried the t 5 with the stock camaro tail housing the shifter came out between my bucket seats which would put it through a bench seat. This would make for great conversation but wouldn't be very practical . My t5 has the 2.95 1st and the 0.63 od with 5.14 rear end and 30 in tires and will keep up with most traffic both in the city and the highway which for a 5,000 plus pound truck seems alright The S10 shifter position is 11.5" back from the rear of the bell. See THIS diagram and THIS CHART. .
