I understand what your saying Tiny. I have ALL RESPECT of "Due Diligence" and know everything has a process. It seems, IMHO,they (the state) want to make it so difficult you won't even want to try. And probably, because of thieves, it has gone to the extreme it has.

Excluding (the stolen vehicle) if we cannot title, something that has a lost title, the supply of "project" vehicles will be way less
than what is currently available. And that is a small enough of a pond by itself! Once they are crushed, cut up or parted out that "project" is gone forever!
