Pains me to watch that motor run with out oil everywhere, which is what mine would be like. Slow down the idle really slow and drizzle some oil on the rockers then listen for noises. Fan belt is a bit loose but not that bad. Also if water pump is making noise, give a shot of spray lube from the back side of pulley and see if it goes away. Try a good sized screw driver behind your ear and go around and check for noise.
