as said above, pull the belt off and try it a few minutes, the squeaking is the water pump or generator ... the valves are not oiling [the tube at top may be kinked closed], and they're badly out of adjustment, can see big space between rocker and valve stem in a couple places .... do a complete tune before getting excited about anything
