Definitely looks awfully dry on what looks like number 4 and 5 rods and cylinders. You could pull those rod caps off to verify damage, but I am pretty darn sure at least those two are smoked with probable crankshaft damage. If it were mine, I would yank it for a complete teardown, cleaning, and rebuild. You are going want to do some very thorough cleaning of every oil passage in that engine. Do a very careful teardown, mark everything, especially the rod and main caps, and study everything you take apart, so you can find the culprit. Upon re-assembly of the engine, silicone sealer only needs to be used in very small quantities, in a few places. If any of the rod bearings have "spun", do not use those rods over again.
