41chevy just to throw another wrench in the works go over to killbillett and check out the guy who puts Isuzu frames under 41-46 chevies. Seems frame is flat , narrow enough for early cabs etc. good luck with project. I put nova front clip and rearend under my 49 suburban but think earlier years are narrower.
