I have a 46 1/2 ton that I built, I changed mine from 6 lug to 5 lug and put in a dropped axle in front and an s-10 rear in the back, I still have the original 216 motor in mine with a t-5 5 speed trans and it runs good, but im in the middle of building a 235 for it now,there are a lot of parts available for you're truck, click on my link below and look thru my pics on photobucket,I documented alot of my build..
