It looks good and you for sure aren't a pain. I'm not sure on this, but I think the fusible link protects the circuit from a massive direct short, which means wire damage. This phenomenon doesn't happen often, especially if you route your wires intelligently and use an appropriate covering.
I can see a link in a big main power circuit, but you shouldn't confuse them with protection for a motor, relay or switch.
I don't know where you intend on putting the fan relay...close to the fan I would imagine. If you brought that wire gauge up to the same gauge as the BATT wire, you could dump that fusible link, as the link in the BATT line would see all activity and protect accordingly.
These are minor tweaks...it's your truck.
