alright, im getting there, it took me a couple min. to realize that fusible links don't have anything to do with amps(well accept for how many amps a certain gauge can handle). it took another in depth study of your last post (carolines truck) to understand and comprehend but i think i got it.

i redid the diagrams again and here is what i did

i kinda followed what you did on yours. two power dist blocks. one on the firewall (labeled #2) and one on the driver side inner fender well (labeled #1). the fan power, alt., and head light power connect to #1 block and from there it will follow your same routing(going under rad support, following frame and to starter solenoid batt terminal. The ign switch power, and fuse box power wires (2 of them for lighting and power/options) and also the #2 wire from the alt so it gets a accurate reading. that block get power from the batt terminal on the solenoid via 8ga wire running near the firewall.

wow, alot of changes in one day, but id rather make changes on the computer than in the truck itself, by tearing out wires and rerouting.
