I bought a harness from Brother's trucks. It came in and was manufactured by a company called M & H Electric Fabricators Inc. 562-926-9552 in Santa Springs CA. I liked the harness and it's ease of installation. It was all correct guage and wire colors with extra wiring included for different options. I e-mailed them directly and they will make a harness to factory specs with whatever changes you ask for such as alternator, etc. The wires were not the original cloth covered but a modern style wire. It was no where near what you said that you will be saving. Seems like a money/ time saver to me. Just a thought, G.H.
