Low oil pressure after a rebuild?
Perhaps the 2nd and 3rd crank bearing caps were swapped upon reassembly. Those caps have dowels that locate them to the block Is it possible they could have either been swapped or turned 180 degrees? Installing those caps in the wrong order or direction could cause them to seat improperly. That could cause the bearings to spin and oil pressure to drop.
