The crank pulley is a 292 machined(2 groove) to fit the 235, the pump is off a GM 78-84 V8 van, 2 groove SBC water pump pulley and a 2 groove generator pulley. Waiting on CPP to release their series 400 box to finish the job. Finding one is sometimes an issue but they are available.

Cpp looks to be coming out with a box that is a direct replacement for the stock one. Putting a later GM box on the outside of the frame would be a problem with over size wheels and tires. Grease your king pins. IMHO standard steering in good condition should only be a minor inconvenience,not "a bear". Make sure your suspension & steering is in good shape. Be Safe! We want to BS with you about stovebolts for a long time.
