The crank pulley is a 292 machined(2 groove) to fit the 235, the pump is off a GM 78-84 V8 van, 2 groove SBC water pump pulley and a 2 groove generator pulley. Waiting on CPP to release their series 400 box to finish the job. I will e-mail pictures to anybody thats interested. | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 487 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: May 2005 Posts: 487 | What brackets did you use to mount the pump?

Finding one is sometimes an issue but they are available.

Cpp looks to be coming out with a box that is a direct replacement for the stock one. Putting a later GM box on the outside of the frame would be a problem with over size wheels and tires. This new box will adapt to the stock steering column | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 487 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: May 2005 Posts: 487 | Mendonjo,
Grease your king pins. IMHO standard steering in good condition should only be a minor inconvenience, not "a bear". Make sure your suspension & steering is in good shape. Be Safe! We want to BS with you about stovebolts for a long time.
