I don't think I have ever seen or heard of patch panels for the corner windows. It's just not popular. Many folks want to go the other way. I think a lot of people would trade you cabs.

That's one option, but you'd need to find a donor 3-window cab with a good upper section, maybe one with serious rust problems at the bottom.

This is the first time i've seen someone wanting to go from 5 to 3 windows!

I was going to scrap the cab. I could cut the top part off. Between all the bondo and the time sanding it,it would have probably been cheaper welding in metal!

Take the gauge to a sheet metal shop and have them run new sheet metal through their rollers until the curve matches the gauge. They should be able to make make 2 pieces slightly larger than the window. For the inside shell it should be the same curve. So if you had 4 of them, you'd have 4 nice patches to do the job.
