Can you use a rigid coupling or is there too much missalignment? Or a u joint type. I bought a Chev. intermediate shaft on Ebay but I needed 3/4" 36 spline. The joint is a mini U-joint with one design on one end and another on the other end, made for adapting steering components. Most hotrod/custom shops will have them,

Tramp | | | | | Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 240 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 240 | On my 65 GMC I used a steering box off a 75 Chevy Truck with the REZ kit and picked up a column with the shaft off a 75 Camaro (non tilt), it fit like a glove. Broke the plastic rivit loose and so the shaft would move and fabbed up the mount under the dash, when it was all done it wes within 1/4" from the stock.
