All I have left to do is find a starter and a radiator cap, and finish running the brake lines. I have the break lines and master cylinder finished on the 1954. Now all I need to do is finish the wiring. I still need to finish the body work on both trucks. The 54 still needs a back bumper and some windows installed. 1954 Chevrolet 1930 Chevrolet

Anyone that can work on two trucks at once has got to be talented... but I did notice some really good help.
I've always been a fan of the 27/29/29/30's trucks. Some day maybe I'll luck up on one.
I see you replaced all the wood. Was the old stuff good enough for a pattern or did you have to buy the kit?? Just curious for future reference.
Thanks for the update and keep us posted...please. | | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 208 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 208 | The 1930 had been an ice truck. The bed had been destroyed in a fire. I found plans for a bed online and bought the lumber at the local hardware store.
