I think the 3/4's were in the mid 4's like about 4.55.
A lot depends on your future use plans for the panel truck. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 60 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 60 | Uncleb is right! The gear ratio in your truck was very low, probably in the "5's". This means you will probably cruise at 45 mph.

A lot depends on your future use plans for the panel truck. tdplbg,I have a 3600 3/4ton,I just replaced the rearend to an S10 4WD w/373gears posi trac. The original gears were 5:14,and the previous owner change the pig to 4:56gears.If you weren't so far away,I would let have the whole rearend at reasonable offer. Just thought I would chime in.I am located in Piqua,Ohio. Thanks | | | | | Joined: Apr 2000 Posts: 199 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2000 Posts: 199 | Z71, what offset rims are you running? I found the 4x4 rear end was still too narrow in my son's '54 pickup truck so have 2" spacers added. Did you get the ZR2 rear end (noticing the Posi)? That one is supposed to be wider than the standard 4x4.
I worked at Evenflo 11 years ago in Piqua. | | |
