Hi Guys, and Gals.

Hank Flowers from Cut and Shoot Texas.
Recently made a trip to Scott City Kansas and picked up a 1952 3600 (3/4 ton) LWB

Turns out this truck was bought new in 52 and drove on the Wassemillers farm until it was turned out to pasture.

Every part (and a few added I think) were on the truck except a radiator, generator and one broken Side window (driver side)

I have been studying the Stove Bolt pages now for quite some time. Absolutely fantastic resources here. Thanks to all of those who step up and teach us (Newbies) the right way to do these repairs and mods.

Yes Like many trucks this one has been given a name...."Cochise"

I have recently started the tear down and already finding some interesting things.

Anyway..I have attached a Link to the Flikr page let me know what you think..

Thanks

Boy does that ever look familiar. Almost identical to what my truck looked like when I got it.

It may have been "put out to pasture" but it sure looks like it was well taken care of. A nice find....Welcome to the Bolt.

Moondoggie,

I am working on your truck for the Gallery but we can't copy the image from the Flickr account (same dumb deal with Webshots). Can you email me a copy of this picture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/55679167@N07/5158472319/#/

(And I'll fix your signature line stuff when I finish the Gallery page.)

Thanks,
Peg

Peg - above the pics on Flickr now there's a menu, click the 'actions' choice and select 'all sizes', which is this page, where there's a l1nk above the pic to 'download'
