Everyday on initial start-up, just hit the starter and she turns right over and runs like a top. But, after running her around town for a bit and I get back in to start her, she eventually starts, but she is flooded. Much more revolutions till she kicks over than when she has been sitting for a while. I'm flooding...right? Check the pressure & if so put a regulator on it. The heat might be causing the fuel to boil. You might need insulators under the carbs.

I have tried lowering the floats, but that leans it out where it duns like crap, I have a regulator set to 2 psi fuel pressure, and tried the isolators under each one. Nothing really helps much other then setting them lean. I learn to live with it. Not hitting the throttle helps, but its not the cure. Once started it runs great so I don't worry about it.
