Be sure the pump, timing cover, and harmonic balancer are off the same-vintage engine. A mismatched timing cover and balancer will result in ignition timing that's impossible to adjust properly with a timing light. Jerry

The long pump has about a 1/2 in. gap. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though.
