Can it be vatted like a radiator with compromising the crimped seal? I went to several local ones and most do not even have a vat anymore. The one I found who did wanted $50 bucks to vat my small panel tank overnight. I told him Jesse James carried a gun when he robbed folks and I left..... bought a rust clean out kit for a honda 3 wheeler gas tank and it worked great, got it at a motorcycle shop, came with a rust destroyer, drying agent and sealer....
