Is there anyway to change out the steering and still keep the original straight axle front end. If not, any info on rebuilding it. I would like to see a cut away of the box if it is available online. In my photo bucket is some pics where I put a power steering box on my panel and used a 68 steering column.
This has been dicussed many timea about which steering box to use and from what vehicle. Also I have a 3" drop axle in my truck. Cpp had everything in the kit to make my truck have power steering, the only other part I had to buy was the knuckle and bearing that sits inside the orginal colum. I'm keeping orginal look but with some added goodies.

There web site is www.classicperform.com they seem to have better prices then alot of the others. The 1 nice thing about them is they sell most of the things as kits instead of seperate parts.
