new guy here I have a 46 chevy pickup. total restoration. I have taken a s-10 front clip and placed on it. a 4.3 engine but plan on keeping the appearance stock. I have been working on it for about a year ow but cold weather slowing progress for a month or so now. I bought the truck out of a guys basement we hauled it out in boxes so lot of time has been figuring out what this part is and where it goes. but I'm haveing fun so far.

Congratulation on the truck, and welcome to the bolt. Did you fish-plate the clip?

Scott

Cannon welcome to the 'bolt.
Just consider your project as a 1:1 model kit...without the instructions!
There's plenty of good advice to be had here.
Good luck
