Unless yours has been sitting and a mess in general the cups is all you need. The "kits" are available but the only thing you get other than the cups is the spring...... and some of my old springs have more tension in them than the dang new ones!!!

Try the NAPA on University, just east of McClintock. They are very helpful with this old stuff as they support several restoration shops. They had the shoes for my '51 1/2 ton on the shelf, to my surprise.
