Id like to replace mine since its a universal type with a goofy little bezel that holds it in place. Im picky and it kinda ruins the look of the dash. Ive checked several trucks throughout my yard and only one Advanced Design truck has the original type of ignition switch, but the little bracket wont work since the Art Deco dash is a bit taller.
The vendors seem to carry the cylinder and keys, but I cant find anything about the original switch that holds the cylinder.
If I had a picture, it would probably make my search a bit easier, or I could try my hand at fabricating one.

Sorry for the delay. I have had computer issues and apparently still do. | | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 1,867 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 1,867 | Thanks Big Tee for the pics of the switch.
Can anyone confirm that an original switch has a small conduit with a wire inside going to the coil?
