Man I loved that car I was nuts over it. As I grew older my love affair staid up to the day I turned 16 and I begged my dad for a Cuda that was parked down the road for $2,500 (good luck finding one for that price anymore) instead He came home with a 1988 Chevy sprint A.K.A geo metro Yippie. I loathed that car. But looking back I understand why the Cuda was not an option. Around that same time I started hanging out with an uncle of mine that had been collecting and restoring cars since the 60's. fast forward after school and years of work i have started collecting Classics. one of them being a 1949 Chevy 3100 that I bought back in 1998. It was sitting in a scrap yard waiting to be crushed because of a rotted out frame  I saved him for $150 I brought it to my uncles place and there it has sat until this spring when i got his younger brother a 1952 chevy which I bought for the frame and cab. now the journey begins | | | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 205 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 205 | Welcome to the site.
