I just can,t seem to find a manual for this bus. Any suggestions ? | | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,878 . | | . Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,878 | Get a truck manual for your size and year chassis. The bus stuff you figure out on your own, I don't imagine there was ever much of a manual for that part to start with? The truck manual will cover all the mechanical stuff.

The Ford manual would have have only been spacific th=o the shop or mechanoc.
So YES, I would imagine Bluebird had their own too. Covering such features as brakes, lights, fans, door controls and al sorts of safety checks for the driver.
Do you have pix? I remember riding a new Bluebird when a kid and it had tinted windows and A/C and radio. Pretty modern for the time. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 14,522 Moderator: Welcome Centre, Southern Bolters, Legion Hall | | Moderator: Welcome Centre, Southern Bolters, Legion Hall Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 14,522 | Just by chance I would visit a school bus maintenance shop. Some buses made in the 70's are still on the road and there is a good chance the bus maintenance dept may have some "manuals" or other literature just sitting on a shelf. Worth a try anyway. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 166 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 166 | | | |
