I changed wheel cylinders thinking that had to be it, but that was not the prob. Master cylinder is not that old, Somtimes they release and sometimes they don't. weird. One guy at work said the inside of the old hoses might br braking down and little peices of rubber stopping things up. I have bled them and bled them. What do yall think? Also make sure the emergency brake cables are not sticking. They can hold the shoes off the anchors.

replaced that line all is well
