Does anyone know if new radiators are available for 41-46. Mine has sprung a leak and needs to be recored, but the cost of recoring seems real high. $480 for parts plus a 28% sircharge on the core from the manfacturer. This does not include any labor. Seems like if I could find a new replacement I might be ahead of the game.

Any ideas??

Thanks
George

Last summer I took mine to a local radiator repair shop and had a new core soldered between the upper and lower tanks. $350. Mostly due to the cost of copper

George,

I don't know if I am too late on your radiator question...I bought the one from JC's. It is not the quality of the original, but it cools nicely.

Another option is a Walker from Yogi's in Iowa. Nice folks to work with.

I think I paid about 300.00 to have mine recored at a local shop. But that was 5 years ago. I guess that's inflation for you.
