Slide the conduit in through the round hole in the bracket. There is one end of the conduit that has a flange on it. That sets in the hole of the bracket. When you put the light back on it will hold it in there. Somebody else will have to fill you in on the other end. Haven't figured that part out yet.

If the hole is snug, the conduit shouldn't move too much. If required, a tie-wrap around the end under the bed will keep it from coming out. The springy ones for doors are only secured at one end.
