With the four post/ramp style you can move it around pretty easily inside and out. I've seen pics of cars seriously damaged after a cheap lift failed. There are a number of quality lifts available. Most 7-10K lb. lifts will set you back over $2K. Personally I'm partial to Bend-Pak.
