They look identical to the 57-60 caps except no small bowties. The non-cone shaped centers with the bowtie made me wonder if the caps might have been from a much bigger truck. The one inch or so vertical edge at the rim of the cap made me wonder also. Definitely not described correctly. Thanks for the observations and comments.
