I'm new to the forum and live in northwest GA little town of Chickamauga. Recently got my 1967 HM7500. Again just wanted to say hello and see if any other bolters were in the area. Marc W

Glad you made it over to the Southern Bolters area.
Just to let these folks know, you already have got your flag in the Welcome Center, more in the Stovebolt Voluteer Fire Department, and some good discussion going in Big Bolts.
Me-thinks you've got a good handle on the layout of our "virtual garage."
Roll Tide!
PS - besides your truck, I like your barn!

I'm getting there lol! Thanks on the barn it's at my parents place. When I built my first few trucks it was laying on cardboard in the gravel lol. I moved out and dad put in two car garage and 3 car carport to build his toys. We finished his model A I told him it was my turn now cause it won't fit in my garage. Always ROLL TIDE!
Welcome to the "Southern Bolters", I have been following your posts in the "Welcome Center " and am glad your here. There a quite a few "Bolters" in the North Ga. / Tenn area so your in good company. I love your neck of the woods, I used to spend a good bit of time in Ringold.
We are currently planning our "Jamboree" for this year, it will be in Townsend Tn. at the AD Nationals, we would love to have you join us.

I have been reading and would love to make it up there. Probably not going to have the vacation time this year. We are expecting our first grandchild this may so I plan on burning at least a week to spend with the family. ( My daughter and son in law live in ringgold). Definitely will plan on making next year. I am definitely going to be watching for anything popping up in the area though. Would really like to get out and meet some other bolters and see these builds.
Bamafan0001, there are several events in the N.Ga/ Tenn area throughout the year. A few of us had a great day at the Minter Farms Antique Expo just last month, they have another event in Sept that looks to be just as good.

TUTS 59 I will definitely keep an eye out for something going on local. Its been slow going for me the last couple of weeks on making progress. We are short 2 drivers and by the time I'm done putting in 60+ hrs a week and ATL traffic everyday I'm just spent. Still hope to have the old girl ready for short hops by summertime.
I fully understand , I still work fulltime and have 4 Grandsons all playing ball right now. My '59 is the very last thing on the list, even if I can get to the list.
