That is a man's truck and the thought of Bullfoot truckin' around in it just fits.
If I could afford to get it and keep it somewhere, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute.
Drivin' down a 2 lane country road in a stovebolt.....cowboy, it don't get no better than this!

I've given up the fighting of the impulses. If the checkbook says I can buy it, I buy it. The checkbook doesn't often say I can buy it though, Scott | | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 1,144 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 1,144 | The temptation. 15 1/2 hrs to chicago. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 543 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 543 | I could borrow a friend's 24' goosenck trailer. It's 16K GVW and would handle that nicely. Tow her home with the Cumminsbolt...I've got two pickups to do already, but, darn, that would be a fun ride!

I'd love to pull up in the parking lot at work in that...just to have the truck that would occupy the most space! Some one asks "why?"; the answer would be a wink and a smile! Then, I'd have to find a 40' vintage-style flatbed trailer to haul my show cars...must..fight...impulse!

Proffit's always hassling me to get a ' long motor ' , now he's torturing me with a local '51 GMC ex - phone truck , still has the 'phone Co's lettering on it and the 'phone bed......
