Welcome Markus, beautiful truck. I get over there quite a bit, I have a sister in law in Munich (Ismaning) another one west of there as well. Two summers ago I met a stovebolter near Stuttgart, he has a '54. Are you able to keep up on the Autobahn? Leo

Hi Leo, Thanks! I am in the West of Munich, in Puchheim, not far from Pasing and Aubing. With 45 mph it's no fun on the Autobahn, so I prefer little country roads :-)

Hi jorb, thanks! After 2 years online search for a AD-Panel Truck I found this beauty at a dealer in Des Moines, IA, who seemingly got her from a Mecum auction
Very nice indeed. And I like the whitewalls in a width that's the same that I bought for my '51 Chevy car in 1962. Some whitewalls you see are much, much too wide and can take attention from the truck itself. Again, I love those whitewalls not to mention the truck itself!

34 Years. Now with a '61 261, 848 head, Rochester Monojet carb, SM420 4-speed, 4.10 rear, dual reservoir MC, Bendix up front, 235/85R16 tires, 12-volt w/alternator, electric wipers and a modern radio in the glove box.
