I sent mine back and took my OLD one to a guy who likes to do this kind of thing and he replaced half of mine that was bad for $25. The piece your talking about is usually around $55 plus shipping and as one bolter put it you have to "beat and bang it into submission" to try get it to fit. Good luck and if you can cut the spot welds off your old one and get it repaired you will be better off. I have not seen any "dimensions" anywhere and if there were some I'm sure a stovebolter would have let us know. So you are saying this a "custom" piece that will have to be formed to fit.

Yes, you do need to do some alteration, particularly if you are talking about the cowl panels. Overall the fit is pretty good, though.
