I have it on a stand so I can run it a bit before I cover it and work on other parts of the truck. While running it today I noticed 4 of the push rods have some "wobble" ( valve cover is off and side cover is on so can't see much). One moves very near the hole in the head! Is there an amount of movement that is acceptable? Should I replace the ones that are not straight or all them?

If you have access to a lathe you can set the pushrods up between centers and straighten them, using a small dead-blow hammer and a dial indicator. Get an overall length measurement- - - -I might have some stashed away that are straight and the right length.
