I'm working on a '51 - 3604 and my computer imploded. Lost all my bookmarks. I'm looking for a thread called "How to assemble an AD". It was a series of threads and a big help. Great site and I appreciate the help.

Moge, welcome to the Stovebolt web page. There are other Huskers here so you will maybe find some close to you.

In answer to your question..... I did a search and don't think I found your particular thread. However, a search did turn up several threads pertaining to your truck.
I would suggest breaking it down and, like eating a big elephant, do it one bite at a time. Like the front end, the bed assemble, the brake system and so on. There are many post about individual parts of the trucks. You may find something of interest here.

As you work on your project you will most likely find the most up to date info in the individual forums so asking questions there will also be a good bet. You know, driveline questions in the Driveline Forum, Engine in Engine Forum and so on.
Take a little time, get familiar with the Stovebolt. Visit the tech tips, the Swap Meet (selling and buying parts, and visit the gallery for pictures and ideas. You can also view all the vendors that can help you with parts.
Enjoy the project and let us know how we can help.

....and maybe someone will luck up and find the post you mentioned.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

That's it BearsFan315! Thanks a ton. I've been all over this new box trying to find this. They say the mind is the second thing to go.
