This has moved way off topic. You'd have to smoke at least 10 times more of the rope hemp (cannabis sativa sativa) to match the affect of the legal-in-Colorado variety (cannabis sativa indica).
Who knows, this info might be correct. Do you think the burlap used under old truck seat upholstery was hemp based? (this is a lame attempt to get this post back to being truck related - I think it was originally about "snake oil")
