twheelock Wrench Fetcher T Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 43 Jonesborough, Tennessee	I am installing new U bolts on the leaf springs of my '53 half ton. Are there tourque specs. for these? Also are the backing plates interchangeable, left or right? They look the same to me. Thanks in advance.
