Installation, step 5: Install U-bolt lockwashers and nuts and tighten to 75-90 ft-lb.
other torque specs The word "replace" is not used in this Manual. The word "new" is used in this section for replacement with "new" other parts.
Perhaps the word "replace" means to replace the part that was taken off? What manual used the word "replace"?
