Yes he is, I have sent the post over to him and his brother, but haven't heard much from him. He doesn't do much work anymore, he follows along on the PY board but does get involved. We never messed with the smaller engines, 455s were all we ever built for racing. I have built a bunch of Pontiac's from 326 on up, nothing this old unless you count a '54 straight eight.
Tom Wilhite will know what to do for your engine, he does a lot work with the older stuff.
