Another thought.. the crease happens easily because there is no structure behind this area. So, any of the suggestions posted are great, but keep in mind re-welding must be done very carefully to avoid warping. You will never get it perfect, but when considering plastic body filler, keep the number 1/8" in mind. Make sure the low spot isn't more than an eighth of an inch to do it right.
