You have repaird or replaced all things tht control the heat now you need to go after what creates the heat.as mentioned be fore, pull the head , check for warpage, cracks, check the block deck for the same.check all coolant passages in the block for blockage, ie debris build up in ports that feed head etc.Also make sure you have the corrct head.
