Here's what the current POR 15 site states. I certainly do not mean to say that it not a good product, it is. I did get 5 years out of it, in rain, sun, thunderstorms, snow, and even hauling lumber in it. But the manufacturer seems to have changed their suggested uses for it, limiting it to primarily interior use.
