...I really wanted clear, but in retrospect, I should at least think about painting the boards. I know black is probably more original, but I wonder about other colors.
I also would have liked to see a test done on all of those same clear finishes if a good wax had been applied regularly on the surface. Has anybody done that on their clear finishes that can attest to how that has stood up to the test of time and elements???
