Check out my earlier post explaining how my system is wired.
I have one wire on the alternator that connects two connections on the alternator. From one of those connections, a single wire goes to the reducer block. From this block I have a single wire going to my ignition switch. From the switch I have 3 wires coming back out through the firewall. Two of those wires go to the starter, the third wire goes to the + on the coil. (I have keystart)
Now, since I only have one wire coming from the alternator and it goes through the little reducer block, does this mean this effectively makes my whole system 6 volts? Including the part that charges my 12v. battery?
