Guys I went ahead and got an inspection and passed with no issues. I just saw not having an inspection sticker as a reason for local barney fifes to pull me over to go over my burb with a fine tooth comb and find some excuse for a ticket. With a sticker at least I can say it is safe as far as state is concerned.
