The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop Turning over too slow... Maybe?

I'm assuming the truck is a 51 GMC. It's my understanding that GMC's of that era are POSITIVE GROUND. Has this been taken into consideration throughout battery jumping exercise?

I don't know the history of this truck, but if it was running when parked, it should run now. Why not charge up the 6V, and tow start it.
