They work well, come two to a pack and cost about $10. They have 3 holes in the bottom to help if needed in centering up the rear end.
You can put the rear end under the chassis, tighten the U-bolts good and leave it till your get the engine ect all bolted in. I currently have everything under my panel and will drive it to the alignment shop where the guy I know there will check it for 4 wheel alignment and then I'll jsut have him weld the perches at that time.
PS..if you need some LONG U-bolts I have a set. I had originally lowered my truck with 3" blocks and needed them....but then cut the blocks down to 2" and used another set I had. Give me a call and come over one day and lets have a hot dog and pepsi. | | |
